Myosotis sylvatica. The Forget Me Not is an annual or biennial native of Europe, but is found throughout North America. Its numerous sky blue flowers bloom from Spring to Summer. It grows to 10-18 inches and makes an excellent groundcover. It prefers partial sun or shade with moist soil.
